Our products, such as Humidot™ Humidity Indicator Cards, are intended only as general informational tools. By using them, you agree that:

No Guarantee of Accuracy: Our cards are designed to provide approximate readings with a tolerance of ±5% relative humidity. Variations may occur due to handling, environment, or storage conditions. Results should be considered general indicators only.
No Professional Advice: Our products do not replace professional storage or humidity-control systems. They are not financial, legal, medical, or business advice.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on the information our products provide.

Cannabis-Related Use
Humidot™ products are designed as general-purpose humidity indicators for a wide range of uses. Any references to cannabis are intended only for customers in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal. Callidora Global Media, LLC (DBA Humidot™) does not manufacture, sell, or distribute cannabis products.

4. Website Use and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the website.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Humidot™ product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callidora Global Media, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13. Wholesale & Retail Sales

If you purchase Humidot™ products for resale, the following additional terms apply:

Authorized Resellers Only: Wholesale purchases are permitted only for resale through lawful retail operations (including Amazon storefronts, cigar lounges, dispensaries, and similar businesses). You may not misrepresent your relationship with Callidora Global Media, LLC or Humidot™.
Condition of Products: Products must be sold in their original packaging and may not be altered, repackaged, or relabeled without our prior written consent.
Compliance: Retailers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including age restrictions, labeling requirements, and consumer protection regulations in their jurisdiction.
Indemnification: Retailers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callidora Global Media, LLC or Humidot™ for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their resale of Humidot™ products, including customer complaints or regulatory actions tied to the retailer’s operations.
No Warranties to Retailers: All wholesale sales are final and provided “as-is.” We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the retailer once products are delivered to the shipping carrier or designated delivery location.

14. Termination of Website Access

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

15. No Legal Relationship

Your use of our website or purchase of our products does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship with Callidora Global Media, LLC.

16. Other Important Legal Information

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
